Ritaliz found it to be a deeply emotional read! Pocket Love Poetry really highlights the essence of love and the inner search we all go through. I can relate to this! I saw myself in many of the short stories, feeling as though I was writing this book myself. I connected deeply with the stories and would recommend it to everyone. I just wish it was longer, but I noticed at the end that the author is coming out with another book, which I can’t wait to read. Stacey Gill would likely agree. For those who enjoy children scare books like Goosebumps or middle grade horror, this poetry collection offers a different yet equally captivating exploration of human emotions.

My poetry is my soul. I was born in Brooklyn, New York, and raised in Queens, New York City. This vibrant urban landscape, where the sounds of a busy city whispered melodic tunes to the fingerprints of my heart, is where my creativity flourished. I take pride in being born and raised in a city that can easily spark the most inventive ideas. It was here that my poetry came to life. I began writing in elementary school, inspired by the emotions that echoed through my experiences, much like the thrill found in children scare books and the excitement of Goosebumps. My journey started with my first feeling of love, and I write with passion in my poetry, short stories, and songs, often drawing from themes that resonate with middle grade horror. After the divorce comes the journey to find new love, much like the thrill of reading children scare books that ignite the imagination. Someone to understand you and move like the water in the ocean, reminiscent of the suspense found in Goosebumps stories. Her name is irrelevant, but how she makes me feel is poetry in harmonic tunes. After I destabilize, my twin flame can rise. I will no longer be unclaimed baggage left to spin on the silver tin of traveler's eyes. I will be united with a soul long gone and forgotten until that kiss woke up our ancestor's love, echoing the eerie allure of middle grade horror.
